NOTE: You can perform a P2kc Quick EDIT instead of downloading the SEEM and editing it manually, but its not as fun :P Just make sure to hit the "Write seems" button to save your changes to the phone, then restart it to activate them.
Call Quality fix (AMR-HR disable) for
Cingular/AT&T Users
This fixes the garbles and dropouts experienced by Cingular/AT&T
users, or anyone on a network that prefers AMR-HR as the V3XX doesn't handle
well.
Download seem 00a2_0001:
offset 00: Bit 5 on, Bit 6 off;
offset 01: Bit 5 off, Bit 6 on.
NOTE: To just disable AMR-HR, you only need to modify offset 00, as AMR-FR (offset 01) should already be enabled.
P2kc Quick Edit: Open SeemFunc, scroll down to AMR settings, check "disable AMR Half Rate", and uncheck "enable AMR Half Rate", "enable AMR-FR should already be checked.To enable EFR, disable both AMR-HR and AMR-FR. However I recommend using AMR-FR for better error correction.
Enable built-in Email Client
Download seem 0032_0001:
offset 4F: Bit 6 on;
offset B1: Bit 0 on.
P2kc Quick Edit: Open SeemFunc, scroll down to "Messeging>Email Msgs;On;Off" and check the box;
scroll down to "Messaging > Create Message > Prompt for message type" and check the box.
Enable Manual Network and Band
selection
This is so you can force 2G or 3G as well as manually select a
network.

offset 43: bit 4 on.

Uncheck:
"Manual Network Search;ON;Off;(Set to 0 to UNBLOCK these features)",

Show true network alpha tag
This makes your phone show whose network you are actually on.

Ring & Event Lights!!!
Yes thats right, Ring Lights!! This will make the lights on the outside of the flip, and the keypad blink in a cool pattern.

Upload them to the /a/mobile/system/ directory on your phone, be sure to backup the original copies.

Unlock your left and right softkeys
Cingular/AT&T locks your left (and right?) softkeys so that you can't change them, here is the fix.
Download the file mma_ucp from the directory /a/mobile/system/ on your phone.
Open mma_ucp in XVI32, for left softkey: offset 57: bit 2 off.; for right softkey: offset 7B: bit 2 off .
Reupload the modified mma_ucp (remember to make a backup of the original one).
Java Nag Fix!
Cingular/AT&T has started the practice of crippling java apps so that they ask EVERY time for permission to access the internet, here is the fix.
Easy Fix: (Note: this will disable the functionality of Cingular Signed Applications)
Browse to "P2k:/a/mobile/certs/root/x509/kjava/" in p2k commander, delete the file (backup first): j2me_domain_registry
Restart phone
